She worked with me to help chose the size of artwork that would work with my other pieces. She gave me a very accurate timeline of when she would be done. She also kept me informed of the progress she was making. I loved getting the 'sneak previews' as she was working.
Since Linnea and I don't even live in the same country, I wasn't sure how things would work. She made sure the artwork was well package and sent me the tracking information right away. It arrived in perfect condition.
